We offer electronic guides, templates, and instructional materials related to property transaction planning and procedures. All digital products are delivered via download links upon purchase.
4. Physical Goods
We may offer printed materials and branded merchandise that support property transaction workflows. All goods are shipped from our facility to the address provided at checkout.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are listed on our website at veralistrae.info. Charges are processed via major card networks. You agree to pay all fees in full when due.
6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
6.1 Service Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may request cancellation of scheduled services at any time. To receive a full refund of service fees, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for refund due to preparation costs. Instead, clients may reschedule the service at no additional cost, subject to availability.
All refunds for services are issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
6.2 Digital Information Products
Purchase of electronic materials may be refunded in full if a refund request is received within 7 days and no download has occurred. Once a download link is accessed, the sale is final and no refund is available due to the immediate delivery of content.
Approved refunds for digital products are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
6.3 Physical Goods
Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they remain in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact our support team via the form below. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective.
Once we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veralistra and its agents are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or goods.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
